Little Community Library
Our Little Community Library is located in front of the Church.
Anyone can stop by and collect a book or two, and replace the ones they take with other books.
Music and Play
9.30am to 11.00am
Tuesday (during school term)
For children under school age (babies to 5 years) and their parents, grandparents, and carers.
Every week we all sing together many familiar songs as kids enjoy playing different percussion instruments.
There’s also a segment of free play with cooking, cars, trains, dress-ups, playdough, puzzles, blocks, and lots more!
Please bring your own morning tea. We are a nut-free zone. $20 per term or $3 for each attendance. Come join in for a fun and happy morning!
Friendship Group
1.00pm to 3.00pm
Usually held on the last Wednesday of the month
Come along for sharing and community.
Suggested donation of $2 includes afternoon tea. Everyone is welcome!
Sunshine Friendship Lunch
11.30am to 1.00pm
First and third Wednesday of the month
Sunshine friendship lunches and services are for those experiencing emotional health issues and their families.
The lunches are held at St Luke’s Anglican Church, corner Rowlands and George Streets, Maylands.
Sunshine Sunday Service & Meal
6.00pm to 6.30pm
Fourth Sunday of each month
We have a Sunday Service, which is followed by a light meal, at St Luke’s Anglican Church, corner Rowlands and George Streets, Maylands.
Small Bible Study Groups
10.30am to 12 noon
and
7.00pm to 8.30pm
Thursday (fortnightly)
We have two groups that meet fortnightly. We are currently studying the Book of Acts. New members welcome!
Gardening Team
The gardening team meets regularly and is great for sharing and swapping spare seeds and plants! We have a ‘plant and pot swap’ out the front near the letterbox.
